Introduction & Digital Security Commitment
Khan Al-Bina platform is committed to the highest international standards for maintaining the confidentiality of commercial transactions, financial data, and contact information of all parties in the construction and building ecosystem. Data is used exclusively for authorized service purposes.
1. Collected Data & Information
- Enterprise & Verification Trade name, commercial or industrial registration, and professional union certificates for engineering and technical personnel.
- Precise Geographical Location: Used solely to identify the nearest material and machinery warehouses and to accurately calculate construction transport costs for projects.
- Bill of Quantities & RFQ Bids: Closed price quotations are fully encrypted and are not disclosed to competitors without the request owner's approval upon award.
2. Transaction & Communication Encryption
We use advanced end-to-end encryption protocols for instant messages and generated engineering contracts, along with isolated cloud storage that prevents any unauthorized access.
3. AI Technologies & Engineering Plans Processing
Plans and images are processed to extract quantities and generate visual construction proposals. General models are not trained on enterprise-specific data without prior written consent.
